What are your products made of?
Our puzzles are crafted from premium basswood in varying thicknesses and painted with non-toxic paints for safe, vibrant colors. We also work with magnets, rock coasters, and acrylic to create unique items. Every piece is cut with precision using a laser wood cutter, then hand-painted and finished—one at a time—for quality you can see and feel.
What is your return policy?
Each of our items is handcrafted with care, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out—we want you to be happy with your purchase.
